Al Hayat Life Care was founded to close a simple but serious gap: Gilgit-Baltistan's hospitals and workshops needed a local, dependable source of high-purity oxygen, not one that depends on a multi-day mountain haul from the nearest major city.

Our PSA plant on the Naltar Express Way produces oxygen on-site, around the clock, so that an operating theatre in Gilgit and a welding bay on a highland job site can both draw from the same dependable source — engineered by the same team, to the same exacting standard.

How It's Made

Pressure Swing Adsorption,
start to cylinder.

Ambient air in, high-purity oxygen out — our PSA system strips nitrogen from compressed air in real time, with no combustion and no chemical byproducts.

Air Intake & Compression

Ambient air is filtered and compressed to feed pressure into the separation towers.

Molecular Sieve Separation

Zeolite sieve beds adsorb nitrogen under pressure, letting oxygen pass through.

Purity Buffering

Output is buffered and monitored continuously to hold steady at up to 95% purity.

Fill & Dispatch

Oxygen is filled into cylinders and dispatched to medical and industrial sites.
